Oh please, these women are like prostitutes that claim long after the fact that they are the victims. Both parties are full of evil and sin, the idea that ALL the blame is Weinsteins is laughable.
Women go daily to Hollywood to hit the casting couch, knowing full well they are selling their souls. To place the entire blame on Weinstein is naive at the very best.
Listening to some hoity toity Gwynneth Paltrow claim decades later that she is a victim, good grief, just is laughable.
She and others knew damn well what they were doing. And now that they spend their eternity dealing with that guilt, drugs, booze to deny their culpability? Yeah right, spare me.
I don’t believe you are a woman.
I don’t believe you have ever been young and trying to work and had to deal with powerful predatory men. Many young women can’t even believe it is happening to them until it happens. Then what, you expect them to crawl home and give up? Join a convent? Or maybe call the police, who will do nothing and make the likelihood of working in your chosen profession nil?
That behavior exists across the spectrum of work places, not just Hollywood. I sincerely hope you don’t have a daughter or granddaughter, I’d hate for that to happen to them with you as family.
