The problem is there is a fine line between “propositioning” and “harassing”. Harassing generally involves an ongoing pattern.
I have been propositioned before and you politely turn them away.

this is true, continually harassing is a bit different than propositioning a good looking young woman once.
However, when you’re the boss it’s inappropriate, period.

Agree. And “rape” and “assault” are altogether different, too. And if it is shown he was guilty of rape, he should got to prison - or worse.

What I am seeing is a lot of stories the sum of which conflates boorish behavior, unprofessional behavior, and rape all together. There was also likely a lot of consensual sex and some of that in which the woman felt uncomfortable but technically was okay with it at the time because it advanced their careers.

The trouble with the media conflating all of this is that it leads to a lot of jokes about masturbating into a potted plant and whatnot - while if there was rape that is not funny and the guy needs to be locked up.
