Don't forget to put a little wheel on the end of it?
...and on the bright side, having a bicycle as towing vehicle, the backing problem would be non-existent. [insert string of ridiculous smileys --here--]
I was shown how to make it by old friends whose family owns a Greek restaurant and it’s sort of by taste without actual measurements, but I went looking online for you and this one sounds about right:

They’re using the whole egg, though, and I might be using a little more lemon than this. The key is to let the egg thicken the soup by slowly stirring it in, not clumping up like egg drop soup or something. They’re also saying low sodium chicken broth when I use the regular stuff, use low sodium if you or a family member has issues with sodium, use regular for flavor if not.
If you are unable to learn how to back a trailer with a little practice then stay out of the kayak. A kayak in even semi-rough waters is much harder to learn how to navigate than learning how to back a trailer.
