The Governor Brown has it under control. It happens every year, which is why he has built up the water storage capacity and forest management policies in the face of the environmentalists’ resistance.

Brown’s (and most CA voters, apparently) have priorities that are completely OUT OF WHACK. No water storage.. No forest management, Yes, every manner of perversion.
