didn't the Dallas Cowboys want to honor the cops murdered by a Black Lives Matter protester? The NFL said NO to that, right?
I have NO PROBLEM with the Vegas victims being honored. The hypocrisy of the NFL is what is sickening.
Another reason I quit watching.

[But NFL said NO to pro-cops cleats!]This is why the NFL can't claim to be merely respecting the free expression of its athletes. Disrespecting the flag and anthem is fine, maybe even encouraged, but showing respect for police officers is expressly prohibited.

It’s clearly stated in the NFL rules that any such expression of support must be done with the league’s approval.
If they approved the Vegas cleats, so be it. If not, it’s further proof that they are politically motivated hypocrites.

Did Newton ask permission, or simply put on what he wanted? It’s easier to get forgiveness than permission!
