I wish I was able to visit the area. Remember the female cab driver who saw muzzle flash from the fourth floor. I was told that those windows do not open so it had to be a reflection. But it couldn't be a reflection of muzzle flash from an upper floor of the same building. So was it the reflection of the second shooter?

If this was a false flag operation then the scenario is set up the shooter and then from a different location make sure there are casualties. The FBI is keeping all the evidence of a 2nd shooter under wraps. Only one reason for that.
