Lawyers for Imran Awan, an ex-aide who ran information technology (IT) for Democratic Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, “feel very strongly” that data recovered from a hard drive on Capitol Hill should not be valid as evidence because he put a note that said “attorney client privilege” near it before leaving it in a phone booth, they said in federal court Friday. A police report shows that the backpack contained a laptop with the username “RepDWS,” copy of Imran Awan’s ID, and the notebook.

Prosecutors revealed that when they arrested Imran at the airport in July as he tried to board a flight to Pakistan, he was carrying a resume with an alias in the Jackson Heights, Queens neighborhood of New York City. Imran may have planned to “relocate” there, seemingly under a different identity, Prosecutors suggested. They said he had wiped his cell phone hours before the arrest, suggesting that he was taking “active measures” to hide evidence.

When asked about his IT employee, Imram's pal, Rao Abbas, Missouri Democrat Emmanuel Cleaver said, “Who? I don’t even know him.” Cleaver stupidly added that his chief of staff put Abbas on Cleaver's payroll apparently without Cleaver's knowledge or consent.

Also unknown to him? Democrat Emanuel Cleaver, at one point, had five of the six members of the Awan group, including Rao Abbas, on his House payroll....all cashing US govt paychecks.

Rao got fired from fast foodie, McDonald's, but Abbas mysteriously got on Cleaver's US govt payroll as an IT and got paid $85,049 tax dollars in 2016.

Besides Cleaver, Rao Abbas was raking in the bucks, on the House payroll of (A) former Florida Democrat Cong Patrick Murphy, and (B) Democrats Cong Charlie Crist of Florida and (C) Jacky Rosen of Nevada, who took office in January.

NOTE: Some fellow IT observers say they never saw Rao on the job in Congress.

Among the top viscerally stupid Democrats in Congress: Democrat NY Cong Yvette Clarke. Her IT, Imran Awan, persuaded Clarke to order 120,000 tax dollars of expensive tech equipment, supposedly "for her office," delivered to his home.

Cong Clarke unblinkingly agreed to all of this. She approved a $120, 000 "write-off" of the tech purchases thus making the tax dollars and the devices "just disappear."

Taxpayers should be aware that Cong Yvette Clarke’s chief routinely called a House help desk to inquire about the write-off process but did not ever convey the highly unusual scale of the dollar figure, the official said.

Stupidly signing off on a falsified invoicing scheme, the equipment Democrat Yvette Clark ordered (then wrote-off) got shipped ..... not to the Congressional office...... but to Imran’s private residence.

Voters for The Stupidest Member should be aware that Democrat Yvette Clark (or high- level staffer with financial responsibility in her office) would have to sign a voucher for each such purchase.

Taxpayers may undoubtedly wonder how Democrat Yvette Clark wouldn’t have noticed (A) that tech equipment was being purchased, (B) in large quantities Democrat Clarke might not plausibly need, (C) but never actually materialized at Cong Clarke's office.

Cong Yvette Clarke describes herself as a "Caribbean-American."

ITEM---Imran Awan did not live at a rental house he owned, but his tenant confirmed he used the address to receive personal mail at the location....... mail that was often addressed to other names....the names of different aliases he employed.

Still to be ascertained is how many US govt checks the Paki criminal clan were actually cashing at any given time.

ITEM--Imran told people his name was "Alec."

ITEM--Although he lived elsewhere, Imran used one of his rental houses as a mail drop.

ITEM--A renter of the property said Imran received mail at that address under several different names.

ITEM--Some have observed that "Awan" seems to be a made-up name used frequently as an alias.

that’s the laptop they found in the phone booth in Congress that was probably tapping into the Congressional server OR synching with all the Congressmen’s blackberries and retrieving all their emails.

this OTHER laptop they were discussing in court was the one that Awan had when he was skipping the country - he had an Iphone that had been ‘wiped’ just 4 hours earlier and a laptop that was completely wiped except for some sort of resume with an identity of an Awan in Queens NY -

Seems he either wanted a new identity or possibly used that resume/address to bring in more little awan like spies from Pokeeston.
