No. There was a flashing light on the fourth floor that resembled a muzzle flash.
Initial police reports indicated there was a second shooter on the fourth floor. Maybe it was a strobe. I’m aware that there is a video of the strobe from three days prior but I haven’t seen it. I’m still not prepared to let go of a multiple shooter conspiracy. If it looks looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck-it’s a duck and this doesn’t look like a typical US mass shooting. It looks more like a terrorist attack.
