Kamala Harris’s parents were not native-born citizens of the United States. Whether they were naturalized citizens at the time she was born is not a fact I have yet seen. I looked them up and found that both arrived in the U.S. only two to three years before their daughter was born. Had they become citizens before her birth? Don’t know.
