The dossier is crap. Everyone knows it, and have known for over a year.
Why am I so shallow-minded oy optimistic to think Mueller is going to prosecute the left side?
Yes, the dossier is so obviously fake that Mueller can’t use it against Trump. So he is asking Steele to make up another dossier that he can use. Of course it will be fake too, but not so easily provably fake.
I wish I could get on 4Chan here at work. During the election, one of my co-workers at one of my old places showed me a post on one of the Trump threads. Apparently, one of the 4Chan folks who was anti-Trump had a father who was well connected in RNC circles. He went so far as to throw out all kinds of crap about what his father knew and more and more. He pissed off a bunch of people, who decided to put together a document. They tried to make it as good as they could to look like real leaked documents. Faked e-mails with as many outrageous statements as they could. They banned him from their group, and then built this document, but were careful to purposefully misspell names and intentionally use some occasional nicknames for people. They documented what pages they’d done it on, what they’d said and even went as far as to make up stories about things like prostitutes in Russia. Literally, anything they could pull out of their tails. Turns out, when they got him the document, he then turned it over to his father, who knew he couldn’t directly be found with it, so he turned it over to someone else, and it ran around for a while. Additional crap was added in, but a chunk of the “dossier” is directly from the folks at 4Chan including the misspellings and nicknames. If I could find the post, I’d share it so you’d all be able to see just how much crap it was. The post was dated at least 3 months before the “dossier” (read: Faked smear job) was leaked.
