It’s still a win to gun control leftists who will use it to say “see? We can have reasonable gun control legislation” then they’ll move to the next target like clip sizes or limits on ammo sales or more regulations on gun manufacturers.
It’s a slippery slope. They WANT you to give them this gimme.
But you never see them give US a gimme.
Anyone who thinks about it for more than 2 seconds. It is none of the government's business if people what to buy these things or not.
