Unlikely to get that far. The RINOs in the Senate will be against this bill.
If it is impossible at this time to get an abortion bill passed, how about a bill to require anesthetizing the foetus if it is at a stage where it can feel pain if that can be done without endangering the mother. I don’t know what the technical difficulties might be, but certainly if they can reach in and pull out a limb, they ought to be able to reach in with a hypo and inject a pain killer.
