She’s only sorry that she posted that disgusting and morally reprehensible screed - and got caught doing it. She’s sorry for her career, not for the people she insulted, or those she directly hurt. She deserves everything she gets.
Nonetheless, some other Leftist organization will hire her in a few weeks or less - with the proviso that she STFU for a while. So, unfortunately, the consequences won’t be too severe.
