I think casual democrats (people like many of our neighbors) who you could talk to and rate as sane, have gotten so used to seeing this stuff as normal discourse, they start believing everyone should be saying this stuff.
People on our road, who should know better, who shouldn't be crazy, act as if they are.
I genuinely believe there is a mass psychosis going on with the average person in this country who leans to the left. Mass delusion beyond anything I've ever seen. Scary stuff.

I agree but I used to see this kind of garbage posted on FB all the time. By both sides. Well, not exactly this bad, but stuff that I know if I'd posted it and it was read by one of my bosses I'd be out of a job. It's the main reason I dropped FB, it's a cess pool.
I suspect that this woman has never actually met a Republican. She made it through high school, college, law school and working as an attorney in the entertainment industry and probably never had a conversation with anyone who disagreed with her left wing world view.
