Slide fire/ bump fire stocks with a batch of loaded mags/ drums would get that amount of rounds off-I ‘think’ that is what he used. Inaccuracy of bump fire is no problem if you have 20k plus people standing in mass in a crowd... Obviously this was planned for awhile with accumulation of firearms, ammo, practice, renting of room, getting arms and ammo into room, etc etc. The companion, girlfriend, wife, and other regular contacts should have noticed weird behaviors. His ‘motive’ if ever truly admitted will be telling-maybe he was nothing other than insane... Medications, political philosophy, social media info, medical history, etc etc will be informative also.
