Undersheriff says a number of long rifles found in the hotel room, at least 8 guns

I wonder how a person could get 8 rifles through the lobby up to a room.

My guess: if this was no inside job, then he could’ve easily snuck each rifle one at a time in a zippered-up travel golf-club case. He was there for several days, so he could’ve done it over several trips between his car to the suite.
