This is the first image of the suspected gunman who killed at least 50 people when he opened fire at a music festival in Las Vegas.
Stephen Paddock has been named as the shooter who shot dead crowds of revellers at a country music event on the city's world famous strip.
As well as the 50 people confirmed dead, over 200 others are injured after the gunman opened fire on music festival revellers.
Crowds were enjoying the Route 91 Harvest country music festival when the shooter reportedly started spraying bullets from a hotel balcony.
As terrified revellers fled for their lives, officials received reports of an "active" gunman and patrol vehicles descended on the popular US Strip.
Some officers were seen taking cover behind their vehicles, while others carrying assault rifles ran into the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department (LVMPD) later confirmed that one suspect was dead and that he is believed to have acted alone.

Let’s stop pretending that the media bears no responsibility for these incidents. They stoke as much hatred as possible and then pretend dismay and outrage at the violence occurring as a result.

You are correct of course but the “narrative” will be more along the lines of “Trump, the most divisive President in our nations history, bears full responsibility for this tragic event. If he is not replaced, and soon, the carnage will continue.

Don't think so. Slide fire stock methinks. Possibly an auto glove. Probably pre positioned a few rifles with drums and picked up another weapon rather than reload.
First one was a 50-75 rd drum while music playing. Very slow reload to the next magazine. Probably not a second shooter which would start firing when the other shooter stops. Very VERY slow reload. Probably a slide fire stock or auto-glove that makes semi's bump fire (similar to full auto) and hard to reload.
There is a video on twitter that makes me believe this is an auto glove due to variable ROF (rate of fire) going up and down. Either that or there were two rifles being shot at once.
Methinks this will be the weapon. Semi auto AR 15 with belt fed upper (accessory) with a bump fire stock (slidefire)...possibly an auto glove.
I highly doubt he used ATF form 4d weapons.

By all the latest reports I’ve seen, Geary Danley does not seem to have been the shooting. Stephen C. Pollock is the name I’m seeing. A 64 y.o. Stephen C. Pollock, not the 48 year old registered sex offender Stephen C. Pollock.

Police, live report said the shooter “is dead currently”. Is he expecting that condition to change?
