I think the platinum mlife level is the highest level for the mgm resort player loyalty cards. It may also be linked to a credit card. They also get free parking in the mgm properties, which include mandalay bay.
The M-Life player card levels include Gold, Platinum, and Noir. Platinum is 200,000+ credits/year. Noir is the highest and is by invitation only.
