Fundamentally there is a risk to prosecuting Clinton and Obama Administration officials.
That is not to say that it shouldn’t be done, but there is a risk to doing it due to the next time the democRATS run the show, they would invent charges to prosecute Trump administration officials.
Further, the uproar etc. would be complicated to say the least.
As I said, it doesn’t mean is shouldn’t be done. What they need to have is have an ironclad case where there is no question about guilt, no room for politicizing the prosecution as some sort of witch-hunt. They have to plan this out to the last detail.
Everyone here remembers Clinton’s impeachment and how that worked out.
I agree with you, however, the democrats play dirty and will prosecute republicans no matter what and their base will love them for it. Look what they’re doing now with the imaginary Trump/Russia connection.

Trump should do it, anyhow, ‘cause we know for sure the Dems will be on Trump and his administration anyhow.
Excellent point. I hadn’t thought of that. Perhaps they are both waiting until the Judge Swamp is drained, and replaced with Patriot Judges who will actually render JUST verdicts.
