Respectfully disagreeing w/you, the 1st Amendment is about Government action. It has nothing to do with the actions of private business. Any non government employer may set restrictions on speech as part of employment. Try to speak out about objection to abortion or homosexuality in your private office place and see how fast HR puts a stop to it. Conflating this w/first amendment is misleading. Anyone is free to exercise their right to free speech any time anywhere BUT they are not free from the consequences of doing so.

That's why I said in one response to be prepared to face the consequences. I remember full well all the pc 🐂💩 my former employer foisted upon us. I would never survive today.
