Absolutely. World government leaders could fear monger a theory from the position of authority to crash developed world economies with the intention of stealing wealth for themselves and their enablers.

Yeah, this global warming stuff is BS. Carbon in the atmosphere is a tiny fraction of a single percent of the atmosphere. Even if you dump 310 gigaton of carbon it's still a tiny fraction. Net result: nada.
