The NFL will wrap itself in pink for breast cancer, and put on faux-camo to celebrate the military.
Now, a group of players have asked commissioner Roger Goodell to spend a month talking about black and white.
According to Charles Robinson of Yahoo Sports, a group of four current and former players sent the league a memo in August asking for the NFL's help campaigning for racial equality and criminal justice reform. The letter was signed by Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett, Eagles safety Malcolm Jenkins, retired wide receiver Anquan Boldin and Eagles wideout Torrey Smith.
The 10-page letter to Goodell and executive vice president of football operations Troy Vincent also asked the league to endorse efforts to promote an activism awareness month.

Goodell is going to reap what he has sown. The catering to all of these non-football related causes is coming to a head. Of course, he is such a limp wristed wuss he will accomodate these knuckleheads.

If this happens, fans will leave by the millions.
There will be empty stadium seats,
huge decreases in ratings
and NFL merchandise sales
will bottom out.
Team revenues will collapse.

These idiots don’t seem to get it: Those middle-aged white males the racist NFL players HATE so much, well sunshine, they are the ones paying your salaries, NOT the Jerry Jones’ of the world....The owners are simply the conduit thru which the money from deplorable, fed-up guys like me flows.
I’d like to take this opportunity to apologize to the oppressed, young millionaires that make up the NFL:
Soon, you will pizz off the last white guy, the money will dry up (see South Africa) and you will be free to do what the majority of players were destined to do (based on their life skills): Hustle, fight, steal and hang out with your homies, one of whom will eventually shoot and kill you for disrespecting him...

For that month, every play must use approximately 19 non-black players and 3 black players to match the ratios in the general population.
4 or 5 black players in a single play may be okay if the motives are acceptable. Lawyers will be on the sideline to immediately file an EEOC complaint if any play uses more than 5 black players.
Democrats and communists do not like the NFL. It is too “free enterprise” for them. There are too many concussions to suit them.
Is Roger Goodell a mole who wants to destroy the NFL? Are the players going to continue to sissify themselves by wearing ridiculous pink? What a dumb idea! Perhaps it is that kind of behavior that encourages players to insult the USA, and demand more activism.
I might get interested in watching NFL games during the playoffs, but not much before. People watch sports to escape the activism, and see free enterprise in action, but that is no more.

Great idea the fans should show their activism by BOYCOTTING the NFL for at least one month, but the whole season would be even better.
It perplexes me that the multi-billion dollar corporation called the NFL with their multi-billionare owners are letting their industry go into the toilet just like many other corporations.
