His ability to take matters to a grand Jury and trial are unparalled in jurisprudence history. Why do an investigation when you already know everything. Yes! He’s here in San Diego complementing the Coast Guard for seizing dope off the coasts of Central and South America. Meanwhile a panga hauling marijuana was found on a beach in San Diego county. Two of the three marineros were caught.
