Rosenstein, Mueller’s boss, is now about to be questioned by the SC’s office. That is a DIRECT conflict of interest - Rosenstein should resign, and be fired if he doesn’t. Further, a complaint should be made to wherever he is a member of the Bar, to begin disbarment proceedings.
