Your question is pointless and without foundation. How many months have we been into this? If I search long enough, I can find that you mowed 5 inches over onto your neighbor’s lawn and charge you with trespassing. It would be pointless because neither your attorney or the neighbor’s attorney would care. The very fact the you asked such a question, if you know what has been happening, destroys your credibility.
