“Don’t hire undocumented, don’t rent to undocumented, report undocumented in the courts, schools, hospitals, etc.

“I am sure there a laws on the books demanding just that. “

Well you’re in for a rude surprise. The laws prohibit discriminating against illegals, and those laws are enforced.

The government has been enabling and rewarding illegals for decades.

If it’s a law not to rent to illegals and a law not to report them.... WTF does that say about ANY law?

Yes you are right the laws with teeth protect the illegals at every turn. That is why this is a war that will be fought one piece, one battle at a time.

There are immigration laws against hiring or assisting illegals in any way. The truth is there have been Civil Rights laws passed and court rulings that if you cannot prove the person is an illegal before you even start to not assist or hire them then you are guilty of discrimination.

I have a friend that got out of the landlord business because of that. If a hispanic that speaks no English wants to rent from you and you don’t rent to them and say the reason is you thought they were an illegal; then you have discriminated against them because of race according to the law. The kicker is if immigration laws are strictly enforced then you could be in trouble if you do rent to them.
