Well how do General! Ain't seen you around these parts. I reckon the only ‘’states rights’’ Mr. Lincoln destroyed was the right to hold another human being in bondage. I suppose you'd agree that California has the right to deify the government over protecting illegal aliens against immigration laws as a matter of ‘’states rights’’?

But Hamilton did indeed strengthen the central government. I has helped to build the counry but also lead to our current predicament.
