“On November 8, I’m planning on recreating last year’s election.”
That is a really interesting idea.
If the 63M deplorable bitter clingers wanted to be in your face to the Opposition Party (msm, dnc, elites, etc.), there would be Nov. 8 election ceremonies this year!
I remember not being very productive at work at all that day. Though I had a sense Trump would win, nobody else was saying that at my workplace and I had to get out of there for a while. So I spent most of that early afternoon wandering the streets of NYC. I walked from Trump Tower (where they had cement trucks already ringing the building) down to the Sheraton where Trump's victory party would be and then on down to 34th Street and the Javitts Center area where all kinds of freaks were already gathering for what they thought would surely be their victory party.
So I did not really enjoy the day. I had a funny feeling in the pit of my stomach and did not have much of an appetite. I remember riding home on the Metro North and downing two oil can Fosters on the way to relax a little. I got home to dinner and the wife demanded that we have dinner with no media turned on because she didn't want dinner ruined by bad news. Around 7:30 or 8, I went into my private study and turned on FoxNews and Free Republic. I was not initially encouraged. But around 8:30, things started to turn. By 9:30, I was convinced of a Trump victory based on the data I was seeing (thank you NY Times!) and I finally started to loosen up.
The next six hours was pretty incredible. I went through 3 pounds of peanuts and about 10 beers! I don't know how I made it back to work in the morning but I did. If I could do it over again, I would have been in the crowd outside FoxNews HQ on 6th Avenue. That would have been something to remember.
