Has anyone ever head Bolton weigh in on the firing of State employees? I have felt that unionizing government employees is a conflict in interest...i.e., the taxpayers pay their salaries.
Another view....
(...These civil servants have federal job protections) that make it hard for any president to throw them out and replace them with new hires ― to drain the swamp, as Trump has put it.

From the article you cited:
These civil servants have federal job protections that make it hard for any president to throw them out and replace them with new hires ― to drain the swamp, as Trump has put it. And they often have decades of experience and institutional knowledge that the incoming administration will need to ensure that the federal government doesnt fall apart under the leadership of new, sometimes inexperienced, political appointees. This is exactly why we need all of these people - GONE!
...decades of experience and institutional knowledge ... that will be needed to ...ensure that the federal government doesn't fall apart.
That is exactly what we need to happen. Let the federal agencies fall apart and then rebuild appropriately.

Too bad the TaxPayers weren’t asked if we were ok with fed employees having a union; after all, We The People pay their salaries.
