First, the pap:
At the head of a serpentine line of Hillary Clinton supporters, Tony Bosco-Schmidt had 18 hours to practice what hed say when he met the former presidential candidate at his local Costco in Brookfield. Now the fun stuff:I hear we have seven seconds, Bosco-Schmidt said before settling on Thank you. Thank you for your service, and I admire you.
Bosco-Schmidt joined more than a 1,000 others at his local Costco Saturday for the chance for a brief conversation and to get a signed copy of Clintons new book, What Happened, about the 2016 presidential campaign. Clintons 15-city book tour came to Connecticut after starting in New York this week.
Inside the store, things seemed to be proceeding as usual. Many shoppers were confused by the extra security presence, but were neither excited nor dismayed once they learned who the special guest was.Christian Beck, a resident of Brookfield for 47 years, stood to the side watching people come in and try to find copies of the book Clinton would sign. When told who was coming, he reacted with surprise.
Oh my god. Her? said Beck, who added he voted for Trump. I had negative feelings about Clinton because of some of the things that shes done. She still thinks a lot about herself. Im sorry, but she needs to get off her horse. She lost. Thats it.
[ Tony Bosco-Schmidt had 18 hours to practice ]
Well, given that it took him 18 hours to practice that.....one might conclude.......
Saw Sarah Palin on her book tour thru Roanoke. Told her that Biden had a new book coming out called - 'Going Rogain'. Met the whole family after that one...
What the heck is she wearing?? Mao outfit? She has put on major pounds. I do not remember her being that size during the election. Is it just me that sees that?
What a photoshop op. I can just see her riding back and forth on her hobby horse sucking her thumb. But of course she drove away from Costco in a limousine with full police escort.
