Ryan has NEVER taken back his assertion he will never defend Trump. If you are living under some sort of incredible delusion that Ryan is sincere about passing anything that benefits Trump’s agenda that will make it either past his caucus or that of the Senate is just incredible.
“I am not going to defend Donald Trump—not now, not in the future,” Ryan says in the audio, obtained by Breitbart News and published here for the first time ever.
As for this latest Pelousy and Schmuckie release, Take it for what it is worth.
Any bets that the vote on this comes before the vote on DACA?

The Freedom Caucus voted for Ryan. I believe it was unanimous or near unanimous.

The voters in his single District elected him, NOT all the voters in Wisconsin. He’s only a Representative.
He is being challenged again in the 2018 primaries.(AFAIK)
Ryan’s District has a problem similar to the problem in my own: outside money. No one will challenge my critter (Ron Kind-WI-3). At least Nehlen (sp?) is tenacious.
Why would they stop ay 800k new voters when they can have 8 to 10 million new undocumented democratics who can vote anyway. Maybe they finally realize Trump isn’t going to be impeached, woke up and cleaned themselves off from their wet dreams.

Since Trump just signed the three month budget deal he made with Pelosi and Schumer this looks like yet another symbolic House vote.

Last night I posted on the deal thread that this deal with the Democrats was brilliant, the best I’ve ever seen.

There are 23 Dim Senators up for reelection in 2018, 10 from states Trump won.
