I see your point, but surely not the babies. Steve Jobs was adopted from Syria to an American family as a baby. I honestly can’t find the logic to what the right way is. I instinctively think it is killing them all in these buses (well that’s theoretical discussion by now as they were let go), but I still feel bad about killing babies and the policy of drawing a line at 3 years or so wouldn’t fly in today’s society (but it would in older ones).

Well, let me put it another way. I'm 66 yo. I was raised in a different era. My dad was a bottom turret gunner and sometimes bombardier on a B-24 in Europe. He told me he knew the bombs were hitting schools, hospitals, single family homes, as well as military targets. He looked at it as just getting rid of more Nazi's so he could go home. If a plane went down, they were met with women with butcher knives and boys and girls with pitchforks and shovels. The Viet Nam era got us looking at "collateral damage" and smarter weapons. The truth is, when you kill the women and children, the soldiers tend to want the war to end quicker and their mind wanders to home instead of the objective. Also, as the women and children sit on this bus and watch their husbands barter away their lives along with their own, many start to think maybe ole Saddam doesn't love me like I thought. Nobody wants to kill anyone, let alone women and children, but war is HELL! Clan war is just another phase for losing.

A real war planner would look at this train of buses and put ordinance on the lot of them and claim the 300 killers on board. The others really are collateral damage. Ole Saddam should have thought about that when he put them on the bus. What army takes their wives and children with them to battle? Another thing, do you believe they would hesitate to kill your wife and children?

Oh, and one more thing, I don't give a damn about Steve Jobs. He was a super prick, ask his kids.
