1. Your “paraphrase” is not an accurate summary of what I previously wrote.

2. I am not here to “expose anti-semites”. I am responding to bizarre and often fallacious “reasoning” presented by other people.

3. I think your statement that “You make objective reasoning discourse nigh impossible” is projection — i.e. your own worst qualities are attributed to other people.

4. I am not particularly interested in your personal anecdotes. Everybody “knows somebody” who can then be used to “prove” some point or another. I prefer actual historical scholarship.

5. The great philosopher of science (Karl Popper) pointed out that in the universe of all available data, everyone can find “confirmations” for whatever they want to believe. However, truth and reality are NOT based solely upon “confirmations”. Instead, truth and reality are based upon our ability to falsify inconvenient data.

This should be a self-evident principle if you think of this principle like a jury trial.

(a) The prosecution may present ONLY that evidence which seems to confirm that wardaddy committed a crime.
(b) However, the jury is entitled to know about exculpatory factual evidence — not just the inculpatory evidence.
(c) When a jury is presented with all relevant information, it then can make a fact-based conclusion.

YOUR problem is that you want to EXCLUDE anything which contradicts what you prefer to believe — and especially anything which does not conform to your personal political preferences.

During my research into FBI investigative files over the past 35+ years, I have found considerable information which caused me to change my former opinions about all sorts of matters.

This is especially true with respect to what I was able to learn after reviewing what transpired during closed, secret meetings of the Communist Party’s National Executive Committee AND from my review of training materials prepared for FBI Special Agents (i.e. monographs about scores of different subject matters).

It is interesting that you think you are an entirely reasonable, rational, logical, and fair-minded contributor to this website but, for some reason, you cannot even imagine that another person might know as much or more than you do about some subject matter so you feel compelled to denigrate and demonize anybody who challenges what you present.
