Did voter fraud in New Hampshire save ObamaCare from being repealed?

The Presidential Commission on Election Integrity is meeting Tuesday in New Hampshire and may eventually provide an answer.

The election featured a photo-finish race for president – Hillary Clinton won by 2,467 votes – and in the race for the U.S. Senate. Democrat Maggie Hassan narrowly defeated incumbent GOP Sen. Kelly Ayotte by only 1,017 votes.

I am sick of implications.

I want indictments and incarcerations.

I used to live in Massachusetts and when my oldest son moved out of the house, his name remained on the voting rolls for years under my address. Even after he registered in his new precinct. He could have easily voted twice. Of course, I raised my children better than that so it never happened.

But in Massachusetts, no ID is required to vote. You just show up and give your address. If you can supply a name that goes with that address, they check your name off, give you a ballot and send you on your way.

It is so, so corrupt. I'm convinced that towards the end of the night, some of the poll workers take note of who hasn't showed up yet and start filling out ballots for those who have not shown up. Nothing would stop them from doing that.

My wife and I, registered either as Unenrolled or Republican, volunteered to be poll workers but never got a call back. One of my neighbors, who is registered as a Democrat, volunteered and was called immediately.

I'm sure this goes on in other areas as well.

“..deeply troubled...”

Does she pay reparations to Tiny Tom Daschle? He used to be "deeply disturbed" sometimes too.

If you’re not a resident of the state... you need to vote back home.

In most states that's the case. But New Hampshire voting laws allow it.

Don’t forget the ballot box stuffing that goes on on these college campuses.

IMO, all voter registration should be closed no later than one month before the primaries.

The voter rolls should be purged no letter than six months before an election, all those who die should have their name stricken from the rolls within 30 days of death.

There should be zero voting on college campuses as long as the military doesn’t have polling stations on base. The only military who votes by absentee ballot are those at sea or otherwise deployed. Any state that refuses to count military ballots lose 100% of federal money.

Election day should be a federal holiday with all businesses closed. Those in public safety/ utilities who have to work should be rotated out to allow for voting.

Bishop Romney buses his flock in from Mass and other states, leading to massive votes along the major highways.

What evidence do you have of that?

I would like to see those guilty of fraud and those who coordinated the fraud spend many years each in prison. This is one of the most evil nonviolent crimes imaginable.

Another thread from a couple days ago talking about
the influx of same day registration. The loss of a
Senate seat hurts more that the loss of the four
Presidential Electoral College votes.

And how many of those college students also voted in their home states by absentee ballot? I know that went on in WI for years until we finally instituted Voter ID after a 25 year effort (Dem Governors kept vetoing it). Now a Dem Federal Judge has negated our Voter ID law. Arrrrrggggghhh!

It’s not just college students. It’s also folks who own vacation homes in other states and anybody with the cojones to cross state lines to take advantage of our same-day registration, as well as illegals, dreamers, etc.

Before Scott Walker, the penalties were greater on election workers who try to blow the whistle on these abuses than they are on the people who break the law. Every time we get our Voter ID law in place, the Dems try to take it away. It’s been to court and decided in the ID’s favor numerous times, and here comes Fed. Judge Lyn Adelman to overturn it again. I hope it goes to the US Supreme Court this time.

That would be the crime, and that should be easy enough to find out by checking voter rolls for both states.

Not that easy. To prosecute, they need a witness and perhaps a photograph of the person voting. Otherwise, the perp just claims that the voter was somebody impersonating him/her. Impossible in WI, since it is illegal to take a photo inside the polls.

They catch a few each election, but I know that a lot more of it goes on. They only prosecute the most egregious cases, i.e. those who have bragged to the news media about voting 5, or 6, times.

The really sad thing is the number of people who think that it is OK. I am not conjecturing about this. I write as someone with more than 30 years experience working at the polls in 3 states.

About 15 years ago the Milwaukee PD documented numerous cases of invalid votes cast in the 2000 election. The discrepancy just in Milwaukee would have been enough to give the win to Bush. The Dem Mayor and the new Dem Police Chief deep-sixed the report and reassigned, or early retired, all members of the task force.

they can always claim that they "meant to" move to New Hampshire but forgot or something...

I want them prosecuted...I want to know if they voted in two states...

So truck drivers, highly conservative, 10% of workers, should be banned from voting.

I see.
