McCain can wish and hope all he wants, but he will be remembered in one of two ways. People who don't know much about him will remember him as the guy who cast the deciding vote to keep Obamacare in place. People who know about his entire life will also remember that he was the first (and hopefully last) reverse Ace in the history of the US Navy.
"He served his country"? in order to start doing that, John McCain would have to resign his Senatorship, go home and find a useful hobby to pick up, and allow some decent human being the chance to be the new Senator from Arizona.
“He served his country” the same way “To serve man” is a cookbook.
I think he’ll be remembered more as the LOSER to Obama and the perfect foil to him. He NEVER challenged Obama on many, many mysterious and unusual things that should have seen daylight.
And then he picks Palin and scurries away when the media assaults her.
It was as if McCain wanted Obama to win...
Actually, you've forgotten an item:
The crass treatment of POW/MIA families by McCain and his buddy jf'inkerry.
It's okay though.
I'm sure that I'm not the only VN NAVAIR type who's got that deal branded on my soul.
remember that he was the first (and hopefully last) reverse Ace in the history of the US Navy. <<<
Good Point!!!....the phrase.....”Who’s your Daddy” comes to mind...
Best thing to ever happen to us.
