Thank you.
I am very, very saddened by the death of this child. SO young and now gone from his parents. I have always liked listening to Bolling and this news is just heartbreaking.
I agree completely. I think that people are quick to convict because they assume the digital evidence is easy to come by just by checking phones which should be pretty straight forward. But maybe not. I believe I read that the accusations stem from incidents several years ago. Now, assuming that neither Bolling or the accusers still have the devices in question, it would make investigating the claims much more difficult. People with the means switch out their phones and computers every couple years, so now we are trying to get cell phone or e-mail providers to cough up digital data from several years ago that may not even exist and we see the difficulty of proving or disproving the charges. Keep in mind as well this isn’t a missing person’s case or a murder investigation. It’s salacious “sexting” between 2 adults. If false, my guess is it’s something like this. “Well sure he sent me these pics, but well that was 3 phones ago and that phone is in a landfill, but my friend Suzie here saw them, didn’t you Sue?”
