The Justice Department says it will not prosecute former IRS executive Lois Lerner for targeting conservative groups during the 2010 and 2012 elections.
In a letter to top Republicans on the House Ways and Means Committee, Assistant Attorney General Kevin Brady said that after a careful review of the case, DOJ will not pursue charges against Lerner, who oversaw the IRS division that reviewed tax exempt organizations.
“After this process, the Department determined that reopening the investigation would not be appropriate based on the available evidence,” Boyd wrote Texas Rep. Kevin Brady, the chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, and Illinois Rep. Peter Roskam, the chairman of the subcommittee on tax policy.
In April, Brady and Roskam asked Attorney General Jeff Sessions to review the Lerner case and to consider whether she should be charged with a crime.
Lerner was accused of improperly targeting tea party affiliated groups by denying or stonewalling their applications for tax-exempt status.
Lerner, who has since retired from the IRS, pleaded the Fifth in two separate congressional hearings — one in 2013 and another in 2014. In 2014, the Ways and Means Committee referred Lerner to the Obama Justice Department for prosecution. Republicans on the panel accused her of obstructing justice and misleading Congress. The Obama DOJ declined prosecution in 2015.
Brady and Roskam blasted the DOJ’s latest decision.
“This is a terrible decision,” Brady said in a statement. “It sends the message that the same legal, ethical, and Constitutional standards we all live by do not apply to Washington political appointees — who will now have the green light to target Americans for their political beliefs and mislead investigators without ever being held accountable for their lawlessness.”

In any case, Hillary will never be prosecuted. Comey will never be prosecuted. Nobody will be held to account for Seth Rich, for the whole Pakistani computer breach. It’s all a scam and that Trump and Sessions are seemingly allowing this is deeply disturbing.
There are two justice systems in America now. One is the “Just Us” system, and the other is for us plebs.

Trumps DOJ is an epic fail
The US Injustice Dept. has spoken. Government parasites are above the laws made for the Little People. Lerner and Hillary can get together and laugh about how they can get away with anything and nothing will happen to them.
Session’s DOJ. He is disappointing. More a part of the problem, and less a part of any solution.

Of course it wouldn’t be “appropriate” in the sense that the corrupt Eric Holder, Attorney General for the corrupt Barry Obummer, covered for the corrupt Koskinen, who covered for the corrupt Lois Lerner, and all of these good little Marxists destroyed every shred of evidence so that there would be no “available evidence” for a subsequent administration to act on.
If this is the tact that Trump’s Justice Department is going to take on every case of Obummer administration wrongdoing, there will be no prosecutions.
No rule of law = civil war.
Trump can’t even control Sessions. How can he expect anyone else to support him. Sessions is letting all Clinton, Obama, Dem cases go unscathed. Later he will just make some BS such as this. Nothing going to happen because Trump won’t make them do it.

This was a a slam dunk case if ever I saw one. The swamp creatures continue to screw the American people.
DO”J” only obstructs and defies citizens who seek Justice,
and protects absolutely the Swamp-criminals — even if they
broke every Law and Constitutional protection.
Under President Trump and AG Sessions, this has
not gotten better at all.
