It’sa Louisiana chicken chain run by Cajuns. I stopped in several when I was over there in the 80s. in one a traveler stopped in for a meal and said the coffee was too old. The clerk came around the counter and was ready to fight. Another place a clerk did get in a punch-up with a customer because the customer said there were roaches on the floor. But that’s Louisiana and that’s cajuns. They also do things like all drive over to Houston with their boats.
