They must not be very concerned in Florida if they haven’t reversed the southbound lanes to northbound to evacuate.I was wondering about the same thing. Seems a bit odd.

Some of the roads start “contra-flow” in the morning. Likewise, they have been adding a shoulder lane on US 1 out of the Keys from what I heard announced — I think they started that yesterday.
