I mean it’s not going to be catastrophic. To me that word is reserved for when an earthquake kills thousands in India, or the Tsunami in Thailand killing 230,000–280,000 people in 14 countries.
Property damage/obliteration is horrible for people but things can be rebuilt and hopefully they have good insurance.
