Don’t know much about dogs except most seem to be very happy creatures and love their owners. I suspect they sense something has changed in the ‘air’....they appear to have an amazing sense of smell....and so changes in weather would be noted.
Saw in some places the birds are gone or in hiding...

Every once in a while my dog will wake me up verrry early in the a.m. to go outside. Sure enough, within a 1/2 hr it will start raining.
Either she senses it or is watching the Weather Channel while I’m sleeping!
