I guess you could say the same for people who build houses in Tornado Alley....or those who live near fault lines or volcano’s,.....Or for that matter in a large city where crime abounds daily....even getting into a car is dangerous and most of us to that everyday.
Just putting it in perspective a bit.
When I was a kid and lived about 1/2 from the beach (rural southern CT, olden days....) not that many people lived right on the beach. I am wondering if the gov underwrites insurance for beach houses.
