Report from Del Ray Beach, FL via my inlaws. The live just west of the turnpike. They have lost cable and the land line telephone is intermittent, cell phone works fine for now. Several of their friends in Miami report power outages. No report on wind or rain from them at this time.
Just to clarify location Del Ray Beach is on the east coast of Florida North of Fort Lauderdale and Just North of Boca Raton. It is South of West Palm Beach.
Wind and rain are going to change those dynamics soon enough....these are just the outer bands....
