***BTW, wife’s brother in Tallahassee says hundreds of people are camped at the rest stop just west of Tallahassee on I-10. Out of gas or no other place to stay. Cars parked on the side of the freeway a mile or more on either side of the rest stop.***
The part of evacuating people & government officials don’t like to talk about. Oh they got millions of people out of South Florida, still in the path of the hurricane stuck in traffic in their cars.
But the evacuation was a success.
They all should have been on the road two days ago...
Still do not understand why they did not make all lanes northbound. There had to be a way to do that.
