Well, with it making landfall on the western side, that means the worst side of the storm, the right side, with the highest winds and propensity to produce tornadoes, is going up the middle of the state.

Where it's mostly Everglades.

This storm is wide enough to hit all of the Peninsula with hurricane-force winds even if the center tracks along the western coastline.

But that track could put the Orlando, FL metro area under threat due to the size of the storm and the east side of the storm being the most intense and dangerous. There could be potentially substantial damage to the theme parks in the Orlando area: Disney World, Universal Studios Florida and Sea World.
