How many models predicted an almost due west turn into Cuba?

The Euro model showed it since day 1.
They seem to be much better at forecasting further out than us.

Thanks for saying this. I have a daughter who is a junior in college studying meteorology and it is not a sociological study of “climate change”, it is calculus, physics, computer programming, radar and thermodynamics. Hardly a fluffy liberal major. People criticizing college educated meteorologists should take a couple college level meteorology courses and see like how much of a genius they feel like.

Oh good grief--Mom and her hubby said they wanted me to pick up Granola bars, yogurt, and Refried beans. The lines at the store registers went all the way to the back of the store. Against my better judgment, I bought the refried beans. They may have to be locked in solitary confinement if they eat all those beans.
Then I picked up 60lbs of ice.
Then we put up the hurricane screens.
I need to prune a few wilting palm fronds tomorrow morning.

But that was still away from FLA and not turn north up either coast or the gut
BTW Like I said I would hope that would be the case as it would weaken as soon as it hit the gulf coast
Better than up either FLA coast or the gut
But none of the NHC predictions show that SO FAR
