Because you aren’t listening to Trump’s own words/tweets. He’s telling Congress to make it permanent and legal. He was forced to do something about it by yesterday because the courts had essentially declared it illegal.
And what he did is say he’s pushing Congress to enact it as a permanent amnesty.
Not really so hard to understand or open for too much interpretation. Trump has made himself clear on it.
Exactly. For the life of me, I cannot understand why otherwise intelligent people would pretend to not understand that “legalize DACA” simply means legalize DACA.
This assumes that what he says has just one meaning and one purpose. I think that is a false assumption.
