We are looking at these 2017 accomplishments for Congress:

1. Raising the Debt Ceiling
2. Amnesty

Plus Harvey relief. Congress does love spending money.

Hurricane relief nearly seems pro forma.

You know, if Trump were the master dealer/strategist he claims to be, Harvey and Irma would be the perfect pretext to push his infrastructure bill through.

I don’t think he has an infrastructure bill, but you get the point.
