It has been puzzeling me lately that Anti-Fa has gotten away with wearing mask.
Most states (I believe) passed laws back in the 1970s outlawing the wearing of mask in public as a measure to limit the ability of the KKK to commit terrorism.
So why hasn’t the laws been used against Anti-Fa. As soon as someone puts on a mask at these protest they should be arrested.
Here is Ohio’s law against wearing mask.
OHIO 3761.12 Prohibition against conspiracy while wearing disguise. (Effective Date: 10-01-1953)
No person shall unite with two or more others to commit a misdemeanor while wearing white caps, masks, or other disguise.
Who knows for sure? Maybe the cops fear the leftists, but not those on the other side.
If you notice, Antifa prefers acting in locations where the local police AND the state police are under Democrat control : Berkeley CA, Charlottesville VA, Baltimore MD, etc.
In this, they are very much like the Klan, who operated under the protection of their Democrat political establishment, as its enforcement arm. The KKK were only broken when federal authorities became vigorously involved. Our current problem is that the FBI is still controlled by Obama holdovers, and the Dems will fight against confirming anyone who might change that.
NECAUSE... the ANTIFA masks are BLACK and the KKK masks are WHITE.
With masks it should be easy for a few enterprising folks to infiltrate their ranks and have some creative fun.

Laws have been used quite effectively against commie radicals. Obuma sent one of BLM’s big chiefs down to South Carolina to start riots. Police arrested him for attempted murder, and he’s facing 5 to 15 years in state prison.
You haven’t heard about that because the Nazi media embargoed the story from national release.
