I’m seeing a pattern here whereby NKOREA seems to be getting a lot of $$ & technology even though they are under embargo. At the last public parades they did my gut feeling was “where can they be getting all this fuel to run the equipment they are running on the parade grounds?”
They don’t behave like a country under embargo, they seem to be behaving as one who just got fresh infusions of $$, fuel and advanced technology.
